wild + free fitness is a mission to provide smart strength programming and a wellness inspired life. A stronger body provides access to the world around us, and courage to go see it.

wild + free fitness is the culmination of 10+ years of training, coaching, and supporting clients in fitness. Each group fitness class or personal training program is rooted first in your core + stability before then re-building your foundations for pain-free strength that inspires you to live with energy. Your strength program may feature kettlebells, bands, dumbbells, TRX straps, and mobility for strong functional muscle movements and a serious reduction in pain. The goal here is to be FUNCTIONAL…strong enough to enjoy adventure and be able to get out of the bathtub at 90. Every exercise has a function in mind.

W + F clients are individuals looking for a body positive experience and personalized strength-building that understands the demands the world places on our bodies before we even get to the gym. Busy moms and/or busy women, neuro-spicy’s, perimenopausal or menopausal women, LGBTQIA, diet culture refugees…anyone’s who’s felt unwelcome in their bodies before is going to find a home here. Current and former athletes looking to rebuild or train the whole body with less impact will find core-specific strength-building challenging (and rewarding). W + F clients reach new goals in an inclusive environment designed around strength-building GAINZ without doing workouts that grind clients to the ground. Here you belong. Here you get strong.

No mirrors, no posing in the bathroom, no judgement. Everyone is welcome. Everyone is treated like an athlete and an individual. Every body is a good body. Show up how you are and be welcomed…and made strong as hell.
